Genie Properties have helped me purchase 2 London Properties to date (1 x Streatham and 1 x Deptford).

The Streatham Property is now in it's 2nd year of being rented (the same tenants have decided to stay another year, due to it being 10 mins from the nearest train station).

The Deptford Property (Kezia Mews) has also been a fantastic investment. I completed on the purchase in June 2006 when I purchased at a 15% discount on the MV of £315k - 8 months later and the developer sent me a letter asking if I'd be interested in selling as the market had seen an upturn; my property was now worth £340-350k on the open market. An amazing return in less than a year + it's making a profit of £156 each month from rental.
